We use state of the art packing techniques and custom shipping boxes to insure safety and minimize the possibility of damage during travel. We have over 20 years of experience shipping our merchandise all over the world.
Inspection and Quality Control:
We primarily use Federal Express Ground to ship all of our orders.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We ship to physical addresses only.

Shipping Costs & Availablity
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping, or for an exchange. Please email email@example.com or call us at 800.978.2100 to get an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed. Deliveries refused for any reason other than damage will be charged a return shipping fee.
For health and safety reasons, bedding, towels, pillows and related items are not returnable unless they have never been opened and are completely sealed in the original packaging. Most of these products are packaged in clear plastic with the dimensions printed on the outside. We highly recommend that you carefully inspect the product's color, design and size before opening.
In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at 800.978.2100 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement.
